It’s finally time to check out a concept phone that’s not a Sony Ericsson, Nokia or iPhone… We’re dealing with the G9 mobile phone, created by Ichiro Iwasaki, a handset that can be used anywhere on the globe. This sliding phone comes with an exchangeable stainless steel frame with 3 customized finishes and slanted keys.
G9 incorporates a large, easy to use LCD display, while that “double keypad” layout looks pretty interesting and I think that it’s the first time I’ve seen a design like this. Notice that the device’s dock is also pretty elegant and I’m wondering how easy to use are those keys, because they seem very user-friendly.
